Relying on its focus of developing the students in the emerging technologies and to nurture innovation & entrepreneurship among the students, SRMS College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly has established the following Centers of Excellence: List of Industrial Units identified for Industrial Exposure Initiative during session 2017-18 are as follows: III Semester along with their performance in the Online Assessment at the start of VI Semester. For this purpose, the merit of the students is prepared on the basis of their aggregate percentage till B.Tech.
III Year in the aforesaid core streams from SRMS Engineering Institutions, Bareilly – Lucknow are offered One Week Industrial Exposure Session in reputed industrial units of U.P., Haryana & Uttarakhand under this initiative. The meritorious students, pursuing B.Tech. The idea of such initiative is to provide an industrial exposure to the students during VI Semester of the curriculum and to enable them to devise the plan with proper guidance of their teachers for their 6 Weeks Industrial Training to be pursued after completion of VI Semester. To cope up with the National Challenge of poor employability of Engineering Graduates, especially in the Core Engineering Streams like Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering, the Training, Development & Placement Cell of Shri Ram Murti Smarak Engineering Institutions, Bareilly- Lucknow has conceptualized an Industrial Exposure Initiative for the Pre-Final Year students, pursuing B.Tech.
